We are passionate about helping to shape the next generation of Australian children to be positive, resilient, and compassionate individuals. For over a decade, we have provided engaging, student-centered programs across Catholic, Government, and Private Schools, led by experienced instrumental teachers.
Our programs are designed to teach music, arts, and wellbeing in a way that empowers children both in and out of the classroom. We believe that music and arts nurture emotional intelligence, build neural pathways, teach discipline, and enhance self-confidence.

INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC TEACHERS
2 Dream Music Arts & Wellbeing
Job Overview:
We are currently expanding and seeking passionate music teachers to join our team. Several instrumental music teaching positions are available for primary schools.
We are looking for:
A multi-instrumentalist proficient in drums, guitar, and keys. You should be competent in all three and excel at one (singing and movement/dance are a bonus!).
Someone able to teach or willing to be trained to teach primary school students. While teaching qualifications aren’t required, experience is preferred. Training will be provided if necessary.
A tech-savvy individual comfortable with timetabling, attendance tracking, and communication tools.
A person with a genuine interest in emotional intelligence and wellbeing, able to integrate this into their teaching approach.
Someone organized and capable of coordinating performances and student concerts twice a year (training provided if needed).
Minimum Requirements
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Victoria Police Check.
Access to a car and a valid driver’s license.
A commitment to work during school terms (Terms 1–4 and beyond).
Ability to teach small groups (up to 4 students per 30-minute session) – training provided.
We provide the curriculum and instruments for students.
Wage and Hours
$30-$40 per hour (depending on experience), including superannuation.
Casual position with regular weekday hours during school terms (between 9 am and 4 pm), across 2–5 weekdays. Minimum 2-hour shifts.
Regular staff meetings and weekly online check-ins to stay connected with the team.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR
2 Dream Music Arts & Wellbeing
Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Promotions Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who loves music and the arts, enjoys engaging with others, and is excited to help us spread the word about our transformative programs.
You will be a key ambassador for 2 Dream Music, promoting our programs in schools and the wider community. We’re seeking a confident communicator who thrives on public speaking, has experience working with children, and is ready to help expand our presence in Melbourne’s Northern and Eastern suburbs.
What You’ll Do
Meet with school principals and administrators to introduce and implement our music, arts, and wellbeing programs in their schools.
Present to school staff, students, and parents, passionately conveying the benefits of our unique approach to music and wellbeing education.
Organize and assist with school concerts and student performances, showcasing the progress and achievements of children in our programs.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with school stakeholders.
Actively engage with primary-aged students, sparking their interest and participation in our programs.
Attend regular staff meetings, contributing ideas to help grow the reach of 2 Dream Music.
Key Requirements
Must be a multi-instrumentalist with the ability to play drums, guitar, piano, and ideally, singing.
Confident and engaging public speaker with experience presenting to a variety of audiences, including school administrators and students.
Passionate about music, arts, and education, particularly their role in supporting children’s emotional wellbeing.
A natural rapport with primary school students, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Strong organizational skills, able to balance varied tasks including event coordination and school outreach.
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Victoria Police Check.
A driver’s license and access to a vehicle, as travel between schools is required.
Flexibility to work during school hours and occasionally outside these times for school events.
Optional Future Role:
If you have a passion for teaching, there may be opportunities to take on instrumental teaching roles within our schools as the program expands. We welcome candidates interested in blending promotion and teaching responsibilities.
